* ETD in Cubao (Araneta Center Bus Terminal), Quezon City. Add 30 - 45 mins. for departures/pick-up in Alabang (Muntinlupa City). Passengers may board early at Legarda Station (Sampaloc) but prior arrangement is required.

Conditions of Carriage

1. Embarkation point - Passengers are requested to be at the pick-up point/station at least thirty (30) minutes before departure time. Otherwise, seats will be forfeited in favor of waitlisted passengers if they fail to appear within fifteen (15) minutes before departure time.

2. Reconfirmation of trip - For roundtrip tickets, please confirm your return trip before 12 noon of the date of departure to avoid cancellation of your confirmed ticket.

3. Ticket validity - Ticket is normally valid thirty (30) days from date of issue.

4. Lost tickets - Lost tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

5. Fare coverage - Tour is from terminal to terminal only.

6. Cancellation & Revalidation Charges - Confirmed and open tickets, as a rule, are non-refundable. A passenger who cancels a confirmed reservation until 12 noon a day before departure shall be charged P20 of the fare as cancellation fee. A reservation cancelled after 12 noon a day before departure shall be charged 20% of the fare as cancellation fee. In these cases, only the reservation is cancelled while the ticket remains valid but subject to replacement upon cancellation with new open-dated ticket which shall be valid for thirty (30) from date of cancellation. However, a reservation not cancelled (no-show), as a rule, is deemed forfeited unless the passenger will pay a surcharge of 30% to revalidate the ticket.

7. Refusal of Carriage - The company reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any passenger should it find reason. Pets and any animals and other packages with foul smell are strictly not allowed on board.

8. Baggage Liability - The company's liability for loss or damage to baggage is limited to a maximum of P50.00 only.

9. Baggage Allowance - Each passenger is allowed to bring only one (1) overnight night bag or its equivalent. Excess baggage may only be accommodated subject to space availability provided they do not exceed 10 kilos or the normal size of a regular baggage (length-46 cms / height-23 cms).

10. Accompanying Child - One paying passenger is allowed to bring ony one child with height 3 ft. and below, provided the child does not occupy a seat and upon payment of P50.00 ticket charge.

11. Insurance - The company has engaged the services of a competent insurance company for the protection of passengers. Passengers are advised to use their correct names. Death and hospitalization benefits shall be provided by the insurer.

12. Tour Cancellation - The management reserves the right to cancel and/or change the date and time of departure without prior notice.

13. Denied Boarding Compensation - Passengers holding confirmed reservation and who have fully complied with the company's requirement but cannot be accommodated due to unavoidable circumstances shall be paid the value of the unused coupon plus P100.00 as liquidated damage which shall relieve the company's failure to accommodate said passengers.

14. Delayed and Cancelled Schedule - The company shall not be responsible for any commercial and/or personal losses due to delay or cancellation of trip because of unforeseen circumstances.

15. Acceptance of Conditions - Upon purchase of ticket, the passenger is presumed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions herein.

16. Venue - Parties expressly submit themselves only to the jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Naga to the exclusion of all others on any legal action arising out of such transaction.
